LEADS is a non-profit/non-partisan organization founded in Los Angeles, and incorporated in the State of California. We are committed to uniting our communities and improving their leadership, success and well-being. Our primary mission is to promote, encourage, and support successful Latino businesses and employees engaged in engineering, architectural, development, and applied scientific and technological professions to advance professionally compete effectively in business, and become, leaders in their community. LEADS provides a network of professionals for students and professionals alike to come together and encourage leadership, outreach and some training
